Putting Me First an Event by Regan Adams

Today, I attended an event by Regan Adams called Putting Me First. Regan and I went to college together at East Tennessee State University (Go Bucs!).  I got the opportunity to pamper her attendees with my amazing beauticontrol products. She decided to do this event because of her own personal experience. After getting away with her girlfriends, she realized the value of "me" time for women. The opportunity to focus on you for a chance. So as an event planner, she created a wonderful weekend for women full of relaxation, learning, empowerment, and fun. What woman doesn't need this? She had shopping, massages, fitness, and so much more. I keep wondering why the event isn't sold out immediately. As a woman, who is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, educational leader, aunt, cousin, friend, (I could go on but you get it), it takes so much to hold it all together. When you wear many hats, as most women do, you have to take care of yourself. Its a MUST! I want to commend Regan for her dedication to women. It takes physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wholeness to do what we do as women. I know that for myself, my life moves forward successfully because of  prayer, diet, physical activity, and my amazing relationships. I stay in a constant state of learning and personal development. Its all about growth. I pray that next year at Putting Me First, I see the event double in growth. We deserve it.  Here is her site. http://www.eventsbyregan.biz/. Thanks Regan for including me in your vision. We both share the same heart for women and because of that, I will ALWAYS support you!

  1. I dont think I heard about this!! That aside, even though we know we need these things or at least dream about these things..one of my issues is, I put myself at the bottom of the priority ladder when it comes to my family. With that said, I either forget about events like this, or somehow tell myself that I could use the money (that could be invested in me) to be reinvested in my family. its a bad cycle, cos i know if I am not 100%, then we will suffer. So baby steps... taking the last weekend off to go to a 1 day retreat. Hope to go to the next event..and Yes, thank you for being FOR women and their health (mental and physical) xx
